Should be incorporated and less than 5 years old on 01 January 2023.
Start-ups should either be registered in any G20 country or the founders should be G20 passport holders or a valid passport from any United Nations recognized country.
Awards is to acknowledge and honour an institution, organization or a person who have done excellent and com- businesses and are an inspiration for others.
The founder of the start-up must be presently studying in some college G20 countries.
The Business idea should be original and not copied from and the Jury committee can further request start-ups to send through the necessary explanation.
This will be awarded to the person who completes 18 years not later than 01 January 2023.
Leader in Campus Entrepreneurship: This award acknowledges and honors the best budding start-ups started in any stream from college campuses across G20 nations.
Global Tech Under18 Award: This award acknowledges and honors the best entrepreneurial thinkers and practitioners from college campuses across G20 nations.
Global Tech Young Achiever Award: This award recognizes the entrepreneur who is still in education but is the talk of the town for his achievements and leadership qualities and promises to be the next big thing of the business.
G20preneur Award: This award aims to recognize one great Entrepreneur from G20 countries who fought many odds to become successful and made a Global impact and emerged as the pride of the global tech and business community.
CEO of the year:This award recognizes and celebrates the most outstanding individual who delivered outstanding results for his company by balancing the needs of stakeholders and is an inspiration to the young.
Social Entrepreneur of the year:This award aims to celebrate the achievements of the individual entrepreneur who has developed, funded and implemented strategic or technological solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues and brought sustainable social change.
Women Entrepreneur of the year: It aims to celebrate and promote successful and promising Entrepreneurs who not only contributed to the business community and economy but also the social community. To cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit in women and inspire the next generation of women in power
Best Startup pitch: This is awarded to recognize the startup whose ideas and business model were original, practically and sustainably implementable and gained investors maximum interest.
Best Health Tech Startup: : This award acknowledges the startup which is not only bridging the gaps between doctors and patients but also creating an ecosystem to facilitate a better and faster healthcare environment.
Best Fintech Startup:This award acknowledges the startup that through innovation and disruption to the otherwise conservative Indian banking sector has changed the way people avail financial services.
Best Blockchain Startup: This award recognizes the startup which has used Blockchain technology in the most innovative and distinguishable way and is able to realize the true potential of block chain.
Food Tech Startup: This award acknowledges the startup that is cooking on every investor's menu and has changed the way we think about food.
Agri-Tech Startup: This award acknowledges the startups that have through their technological innovations have successfully improved farmers lives in one way or another.
Best Logistics Startup:This award acknowledges the startup that has through its disruptive technology and processes provided structure to the unorganized sector and brought uniformity In price structure and delivery of goods.
Best Edtech Startup: This award acknowledges the startup that is bridging the gap in the Indian education system and is becoming the preferred medium of learning by making leaming a lot less tedious.
Travel Startup: This award acknowledges the startup that has transformed tourism in the past year and that makes travel planning a piece of cake by making them do it for you.
Best Deep Tech Startup: This award acknowledges the startup that has a business that is built around unique, differentiated technological or scientific advances which has the potential to catalyse change.
Best Digital Media Startup: This award aims to recognize the startup as having credible content with a wide reach in digital space and a very dedicated audience base.
This award recognizes and celebrates the enterprise which was incorporated in 2017 but has shown phenomenal growth and promises to be a unicorn in coming years.
Startup of the Year Award: The startup that has shown remarkable growth in the previous years and has the capability of becoming the next blue chip company in India.
Innovation Award: This award acknowledges the organization which has developed and uses some innovative and out of the box solution to bring change.
Investor of The Year: This award recognizes the best investor who has amassed a fortune through his investments and his investment rules are something that everyone wants to learn.
Accelerator of the Year: This award recognizes the best accelerator/incubator which has helped the startups in building its product and setting them on a path of more visibility and initial funding and graduating them
Angel Investor of the year: This award recognizes the individual who like Angel stepped in and provided the initial support and mentorship that successfully helped startups to create a company out of their Idea.
Best Impactful investment in Andhra Pradesh: This award aims to recognize the investment that had a significant impact on the businesses in the state of AP.
Best Non-Profit: This award honors the organization which did commendable and inspirational work for society and was able to bring a positive change through its efforts.
Global Summit Team appoints members of the Jury Committee (persons and entities) at its own discretion.
The Jury Committee is composed of representatives of renowned institutions, economic bodies, eminent entrepreneurs and entities cooperating with the Organiser i.e. Global Tech Summit team.
The Jury Committee is the competent authority in verifying the submitted applications and can further request start-ups to send through necessary explanation.
The selection by the Jury Committee is realized in different stages. During the 1st stage, the applications will be filtered by the Global Tech Summit team core team and submitted to Jury for the 1st Jury meet-up.
During the meeting, the jury committee can reject an application after finding that it does not meet the requirements specified in the Rules or have the minimum qualification criteria at this point in time and in such case, the Global Tech Summit team will inform candidates about the rejection of the application.
The Jury committee will also give feedback and their expert advice from the assessment of the applications rejected.
The 2nd Jury committee meet, which only if the Jury committee finds required, else the Jury will finalize the winners in the different categories in the 1st meet itself and the start-ups will be informed of the same 1-2 weeks prior to the award banquet so as to accommodate their travel plans without any inconvenience.
Awards in some categories may not be awarded if the Jury committee feels that none of the applications in that category have the minimum qualification criteria at this point in time or do not meet the specified criteria.
Please Note that you can only get nominated for Start-up Awards category and the awards in the other two categories will directly be decided by Global Tech Summit Team Advisory Board and the Jury Committee. No applications will be accepted for Signature Awards or Organizational Awards.
Also, note that there might be any revision in the above-mentioned process without any prior notice and all the decisions taken by the Global Tech Summit team and jury committee in this regard will be final.
